Oddities

We spend an inordinate amount of time grooming ourselves, not just on the surface but also on our inner personality.  But if we don't know who we ourselves are, then the demons who reside in the gyri of our cerebral cortex migrate inward and insinuate themselves into our visions and goals.  We become possessed with obsessions, narcissisms,   addictions, neuroticisms, neotenies.  We become hollow shells, zombies.  Our true selves wither and die.  We die.
